We always do our best to accommodate new clients in our service area as soon as possible, based on their location and the estimated time required for the dog waste removal service. 

Yes, we do offer a one-time dog waste pickup service, and we are happy to help however the dog owner needs it. Our rate will depend on when the last time all of the dog poop has been picked up. During our in-person estimate you should let us know your requirements, and we will be glad to assist you. 

 To start your service, please begin by filling out a short survey that will provide us with specific information to put together an estimate. Once the estimate has been approved, we will set up the date and time of your first dog waste removal service. 

We provide dog waste removal services for towns in Kenosha County, Racine County, Walworth County in Wisconsin, and Lake County in Illinois 

Have you ever considered dog waste is hazardous material? It may surprise you that it is. For this reason, we take sanitizing our equipment seriously. After each use, our rake, bucket, and footwear are thoroughly disinfected using veterinarian grade disinfectant KennelSol.

Unfortunately, no. While we will do our best to accommodate any requests, we have established routes, so we are in specific areas on certain days of the week. On occasion we do reconfigure our routes to maximize efficiency allowing us to keep our costs low.  This means that a client’s day of service is not guaranteed and can be changed at any time. Should we change your day of service this will always be communicated to you in advance.

We offer 2 packages for dog poop pick up service, weekly, Pooptopia Premium Package and twice weekly, Pooptopia Presidential Package.  Please contact us for a personal quote if you wish to receive more or less frequent service. 

With our premium dog waste pick up service, you will receive a thorough job. We look for hidden dog poop, disinfect areas, and double-check our work. Our equipment is cleaned after every job. You will receive reminders, updates upon arrival and completion, as well as a photo to ensure secure gate latching. Remember, you get what you pay for. 

Yes, you can schedule more than one visit weekly for our dog waste pick up services. When compleating the New Customer Request for select the Pooptopia Presidential Package.

We do ask all new clients to sign a term contract for our dog waste pickup services. Services are charged on a monthly basis, and there will be no refunds for canceled services prior to the month's end, except in the event of the dog's passing. Dog waste pick up  services are provided year round. Yes, you read that right, we do pick up in the winter months.

You do not need to be home for our dog waste pickup service unless your dogs are usually outside. In that case, you will need to be home, and please ensure that the gate is unlocked on the service day.

We guarantee satisfaction with our dog poop pickup services by offering a satisfaction guarantee, regular communication, thorough and efficient waste containment/removal, and a commitment to addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.

We are personally insured.

Yes, we love it when our poopers visit with us, provided the dogs are friendly and comfortable with strangers on their property. If the dogs become aggressive, the service will be stopped and will resume on the next scheduled visit. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given. 

Yes, the gate should be unlocked on the day of service. If, for any reason, the gate is not unlocked and we cannot access the yard for the dog waste pickup service, we will return on the next scheduled pickup date. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given.  

All dog waste that we pick up is hauled away. No need for that to be left at your residents.

During snowy or rainy weather, our dog waste removal service will continue as usual unless there is a Winter Storm Warning, the temperature falls below 25 degrees Fahrenheit, or there are severe thunderstorms, tornadoes, or lightning and thunder warnings.  

To allow our pooper scoopers to have time with their families, we do not offer residential pickup services on the following holidays:

Service will return to your regularly scheduled service day the following week. Your monthly rate will remain the same since we will be collecting double the amount of waste on the next scheduled visit.

Please note the week of Christmas and New Year's we do our best to adjust service schedules one of those two weeks so that no one is skipped two weeks in a row.

*Monday Holidays - Since more holidays fall on Monday than any other day of the week, service schedules the week of the holiday may be provided, but on another day of the week. If your service day is going to be adjusted due to a Monday Holiday we will communicate this to you by email or text. Due to our scooper workload on holiday weeks, we may skip (rather than reschedule) cleanings that fall on a holiday. As with other holidays, our monthly rate will remain the same since we will be collecting double the amount of waste on the next scheduled visit.

Tipping your pooper scooper is not mandatory, but it is a thoughtful gesture to show appreciation for exceptional service 

Our normal dog waste removal service days are Monday through Friday, except major holidays. However, we do offer weekend services for an additional charge. 

Yes, we do have a referral program called "refer a pooper." An existing client that receives our dog poop scooper services will receive a $20 credit when they refer a friend/pooper that signs up for our services. 

Yes. We work whenever the weather allows us to.  Certain weather, especially heavy snow, may require services to be postponed by as much as a week. In this event, the normal fees will apply since the same amount of cleanup is required.  If snow stays on the ground for more than a week, but there is no new snow, we will do regular clean ups to minimize any accumulation of pet waste. Homeowners are asked to maintain access to the yard throughout the winter, assuring all access gates are fully operational. Some customers may prefer to put service on hold for the cold months.  We are happy to accommodate. However, there will be an extra charge for the first spring cleanup. 

Clients are billed monthly for our dog waste removal services. For new clients, payment will be due after the initial visit. If they are going to be recurring pickups, the amount for the remaining weeks in the month will be included. Dog waste removal services for the following months are billed at the end of the month and due by the 1st of the month.
